Our outpatient treatment programs provide services that include. Still, they are not limited to individual and group therapy, family counseling, psycho-educational, and psychotherapy and are defined services that may vary in level of intensity. Clinical Evaluations and Assessments
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA) is a screening used to assess a person's overall physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness. A CCA is used to determine the diagnosis and the needed services for a recipient seeking mental health assistance. CCA included legal status, the reason for admission, present clinical and psychosocial stressors related to the present illness, the current potential risk to self or others, history of present illness, past psychiatric history, development assessment, presence or absence of physical disorders or conditions affecting the presenting illness, alcohol and drug history, and mental status examination.

Trauma Focused Outpatient Therapy
TF-CBT is a family-centered, short-term treatment that helps children recover from upsetting thoughts, feelings, and behavior associated with trauma exposure. It is one of the most widely researched treatments for children who are victims of trauma, including violence, sexual abuse, and physical abuse.

Psychosexual Evaluations
Psychosexual evaluations are also used as a tool to provide a court with more information about an individual. To enhance the reliability of the evaluation, many different pieces of information must be examined and integrated into the process. In the 3-to-4-hour interview, our evaluators focus on one’s sexual history and the roots of the concerning behaviors. Topics in the interview include sexual development, behaviors, attitudes, fantasies, and adjustment.

Specialized Consultation Services Specialized Consultation Services provide expertise, training, and technical assistance in a specialty area (psychology, behavior intervention, and other licensed professionals who possess experience with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities) to assist family members, support staff, and other natural supports in assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Vocational Expert Witness Testimony
Andrews Counseling and Consulting, PLLC has a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the Social Security Administration. This is to provide vocational expert testimony in Social Security Disability adjudication hearings. Many of the staff have testified for years in Social Security Disability adjudication hearings.
Earning Capacity Assessments
An earning capacity assessment is a tool for life insurance/income protection claims to establish a person’s economic loss. It provides recommendations on the person’s functional capacity, work skills/ability, personality, transferrable skills, and work readiness.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services
We work with our community partners to provide vocational evaluation services and vocational rehabilitation services (supported employment) to local agencies. Our staff are highly experienced in vocational rehabilitation and evaluation and are approved service providers for the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Job Analysis
When an employee suffers an injury at work, we can conduct expert job analysis. We assist the employer in determining appropriate job accommodations for the injured worker. .

Developmental disabilities can be caused by a mental impairment, a physical impairment or combination of both mental and physical. This can result in limited functions. If you have been diagnosed with a developmental disability, you can benefit from comprehensive, long-term services and live a more independent life. If you were diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury by the age of 22, you may be eligible for IDD services
